A pizza delivery driver was murdered in Dartmouth over the weekend and the police can’t figure out a motive.

Let me help. Gangsta’s are looking for street cred. Nobody shoots someone dead for twenty bucks because they happen to be short of cash. They shoot someone dead for twenty bucks because they want to show everyone else that they’re bad ass playas. That’s why Jason McCullough was murdered just down the street. Some fool trying to build some street cred.

I see it differently. Any five year old with a handgun can shoot someone dead. It happens frequently enough. Likewise any tool can wait in a dark corner and shoot an unsuspecting and unarmed pizza delivery driver dead. Tragically, this also happens frequently enough. I’m not impressed.

The motive is street cred, but sadly, this kind of violent act against an unarmed and unsuspecting innocent only highlights our budding gangsta as a weak and insecure individual with feelings of inferiority and powerlessness – in other words dickless. This is bad ass? No. This is wimp ass.

Nonetheless, this ‘public enemy’ should be found and bound and tossed over the railing of the MacDonald Bridge some dark and dirty night.

Now THAT’S street cred. —You gotta saddle up your boys…you gotta draw a hard line

  1. OP, this is why you are not a detective. Right away you state this is for “street cred” and that people wouldn’t kill for $20.00. People have killed for less than that. Further, you do not have a history of the victim, if there is one. There may be other motives or none at all, which is why an investigation has to be done. And yeah, this street cred shit. Well if it was for “cred” then the perpetrator(s) would have to talk about it and we all know what happens if more than one person knows a secret, someone will say the wrong thing to the wrong person. Now instead of speculating, let the police do their jobs and if you have any real information, let them know.

  2. Hugo, you got that right. Charles was an actor just like some of these bitchers. Talk a good game but that’s about it.

  3. the line is already drawn, and our finest are backing way the fuck up. bring back the days when everyone could openly carry a gun, then let’s see what would happen. no more little fucking shitheads lurking about, they would all be in the ground, thanks to their sideways firing, non aimed gangsta style guns. ah yes, bring back the old west days.

  4. Maybe the security cameras at the Ultramar gas station where the call for the pizza originated will turn up an ID of the killer(s).

For the sake of the victim’s family, I hope this case doesn’t get added to the mountain of unsolved murder cases already looming over the HRM police force.

  5. I KNOW LOLOL hahah you act like you know the whole thing OP, you sound soooo stupid ahahahah LOLOL. sorry cant help it, but its ridiculous to talk like that!!! you sound sooo stupiddd!!!

  6. So let’s see – you have to be a cold-blooded coward to get street cred. Fuck, I hope the vermin that did this to that poor pizza dude has his balls chopped off with a rusty shovel and left to die.

  7. Thrown off the bridge doesn’t do it, it’s not public enough. People like swarmers, people who murder some guy trying to make a few extra bucks to improve his life, they should be caned publicly, then hanged from lampposts or overpasses and left visible to all. Of course, we’re too liberal for that now.

  8. I agree with the OP. It was likely an invitation into one of Halifax’s gangs: murder an innocent.

  9. I agree with the OP to a point …I don’t like the way he talks but this is why a lot of senseless murders happen. really sad.

  10. A few good men with baseball bats, asp batons roaming this city, that would suit me fine. Crack some skulls and break some kneecaps. Maybe that would deter some of these pricks.
