I was told to leave because, I was the customer that had the guts the finally speak out about the poor treatment and lack of respect the employees and the owner, showed us the customers.

When I complained to you, I did not receive an apology.
You said you would take my complaints and put them to good use in the coffee shop. LIAR. —Steamed

  1. They told you they’d put your comments to good use and you’re calling them a “LIAR”? Fuck off you immature tit, I have a sneaking suspicion you have a spoiled sense of entitlement and they got curt with you after a bit too much of it

Why do these vague bitches even get posted

  2. I don’t get why people think they’re so fuckin special, there’s about 6 billion of us on this fuckin planet, what makes you so special.
What, because YOU want that company’s product you feel you should be treated like a QUEEN?
I would actually like to have a fist fight with whoever said “The customer is always right”.

  3. hahahahahaha “I would actually like to have a fist fight with whoever said “The customer is always right”.Comical

All the same, sometimes customer service staff are really rude… but I worked in a grocery store for years, so I get that sometimes people are just having a bad day.

  4. Who cares….it’s coffee. Plenty of places in Halifax to get that. Record your experience in The Coast’s Food section, and then go elsewhere for your coffee.

  5. the days of “the customer is always right” are long gone OP. and for good reason. Because too many self-entitled bitches have tried to use it to get attention or free goods. Nowadays you will not automatically get an apology unless the manager actually sees you being mistreated, and rightfully so. You were given the appropriate response from someone who saw no wrongdoing but was willing to look into your concerns and address them if accurate. Due to your lack of detail about your supposed mistreatment we must as commentors assume that you are simply a spoiled brat who wants to be pampered and get his/her way and whine and try to get attention when you dont.

  6. I work at a coffee shop downtown. I have worked at two, actually. There is a very huge difference in the employment between the two: one employs very, very fake people (trust me, my having to leave was orchestrated by people that seemed to have an issue with me that they never brought up with me instead), and the one I am working at now has people that may or may not be misinterpreted as rude. We can be very in your face (well, my co-workers can, I’m still a bit timid in that department), but I can assure you that we’re never, ever rude without a good reason. Haha.
