To my (maybe new?) and very talented neighbour that lives below me…. This could actually be a bitch, but is most definitely not! I have recently had to work some pretty crazy hours that mean I have to sleep in the daytime, and your practicing chills me out every morning before I go to sleep, it’s wonderful! The natural reverb makes it sounds better.
I know recording engineers that will mic the guitar amp/put the singer in a stairwell or bathroom for the natural reverb.

Truth. Crhristina Aguilera was told to re-record her demo in the bathroom because the sound was the best … why do I know this? … too much TV.
