My boyfriend was unaware his school bus pass had expired and the second you noticed the disapproval of the bus driver I heard you pipe up and ask if we needed change. You had no idea who we were and didn’t think twice about helping out. I was slightly caffeine deprived so I made as good of an attempt and the most wholehearted thanks, but I fear in my daze it was not enough.
