Its awesome how people backpedal after the fact eh? How does your girlfriend not count as a witness? Who told you that? The police or the insurance company. I’ve been rear ended and both of my passengers counted as witnesses. I’d get a second opinion on that one.You know what you do if you get screwed? You wait a year or so, chances are the business will still be in business. You find that truck and do $2000 worth of damage to it late at night. Thats what you do. Fuck them and fuck their weaselly insurance company.
OOOOh man, I WISH I was a witness….my dad was in an accident and totaled his car a few months back. RCMP said it was the 18 wheeler that was at fault, but since they didn’t give him a ticket the insurance companies said it was my father’s fault and he had his insurance dropped. He’s on “high risk” now because he had a previous accident a few years back and pays $3000 a year to insure a late model volvo. And that’s only BASIC insurance required by law.I hope someone comes through for you, bud!
