Which churches/venues in the Halifax area are wheelchair accessible?

I plan on getting married in Halifax and my father uses a wheelchair. My fiance and I would like to get married in a church (preferably Anglican) with a different reception venue. Does anyone know which churches/venues are wheelchair accessible? —Rebecca
