You went. You saw. You’re still picking confetti out of your hair. Upon waking up for the first time in 2013, you’ll likely have nothing on the brain except breakfast. Except, it’ll be too late for breakfast—so brunch it is! The Prince George Hotel—
practically famous for its monstrous weekend brunch—has somehow stepped it up a notch with its New Year’s Champagne Brunch, a meal that’ll have you starting 2013 like royalty. We can only assume The Prince George follows the mantra go big or go home, with a menu boasting sushi and oyster bars, globally inspired and carvery chef stations, barista service and, to toast like a champion, Bollinger Champagne. If you’re certain you’ll have some cash left in your wallet the day after, or you happen to have a large monthly budget for breakfast foods, your first meal of the year can be nothing short of exquisite. But don’t be a dummy, call ahead. –AS
