The recent orgy of show announcements has been exciting in a “this is a real city after all!” kind of way, but none of them has particularly skewed our way. Until today. Even though they thought they were in Dartmouth, Montreal love bomb Stars dropped an amazing, torrential rain-filled, flower-flingin’ 90-minute Summersonic closer in July. They’ll be back on November 1 at the Marquee with our favourite Newfoundland band ever, hey rosetta, whose latest record Into Your Lungs is still spun once a day in our house. Tickets go on sale Thursday ici and at Ticketpro outlets around town.
