This limited-edition, 37-minute, seven-track EP ($12 at barsuk.com) was recorded on Death Cab’s 2004 US tour (hello, Providence!) supporting Transatlanticism. The sound is pristine—you wouldn’t even know it was live if not for the “I love you Ben!”s and stage banter—and the tracks are a cross- section: three songs from The Photo Album, two from Trans (a nine-minute “We Looked Like Giants”!), one from We Have the Facts… and a Lou Barlow cover. The quality makes it as valuable as any LP.
