Daniel Lanois, producer extraordinaire and big-time songwriter is planning on coming to Halifax October 18, to play at the Marquee Club (9pm, $35/$40). Most impressive to me is that he worked with Brian Eno, as I wish to do one day on my four-part ambient series about cats. Other people must love Lanois for different reasons.
