I think what OL is saying is that no matter how much of a complete idiot you might be, you’re their complete idiot. Now doesn’t that put a little lift in your footsteps.

This posting may not have been meant for me. If it is, I want you to know I am actually very, very sorry for the foolish way I acted and anything harsh I either said or did (or both). Sometimes the many stupid things I’ve done in the past succeed only in blinding me to the unbelievable good fortune and happiness staring me in the face. You’re right. You are a very good friend, and I am truly sorry for having forgotten. Although you deserve far better, I do wish I could see you again, if only so that I might tell you how sorry I am in person.
Give him another chance.Believe me friends who will stay with you through anything are rare.
