I’m not saying that what OP says isn’t true but why can’t some people take personal responsibility into account? How about letting someone know up front what YOU want? If a guy really wants to be your one and only, he WILL let you know, and there is no crime in asking either. THAT is the difference between a relationship and casual sex. If you’re waiting around dropping hints and expecting him to just one day to “make it official” you’ve answered your own question. It can all be avoided if either of the people are up front about what they want, but a lot of the time people assume that you get the hint. Someone who sleeps with you without any talk of it being anything more is sending a message that casual sex is ok with them.
