Downtown Dress Shop:

I went in there on Saturday. I politely asked the lady in there if I could have a look at the halter dress in the window. Pissed off that I interrupted her important task of flipping through the racks, she hummed and hawed and pointed at a rack across the room, “Right there!” Not seeing it, I decided to quietly look around anyway. Finally, she stomped over, yanked open the rack and pulled out a long sleeved dress and she, once again, yelled, “Right there!” …I left.

That is NOT the way to treat a customer. I won’t be back. You lost many sales, the one today and many future ones. I drop a pretty penny on dresses. Too bad you’re missing out.

I can’t imagine how you maintain a business when you treat your customers in such a horrible fashion. Why are you so cranky? Go get a can of prunes, maybe that will make you feel better. —Dress shop bitches give me itchy britches

  1. There is never an excuse for this kind of behavior and you reaction/response is 100% the correct one. Just don’t take it personally. She made not have been pissed at you but I’ll bet the previous customer was a prize Berkshire hunt. Again, no excuse, and a phone call or e-mail to corporate may be good for some satisfaction and/or gift certificates should you desire either.

  2. someone thinks with their ass, not their brains, on second thought, most people don’t use their brains either, what a quandry hey.

  3. I’d call and ask to speak to the manager and report what took place. Remind the manager that bad news spreads 7+ times faster than good news.

  4. I love going into a certain department store downtown that stocks Michael Kors and Clinique foundation and having them act so above it all and rude.

I feel like saying to them “Yes, I ALSO work at a job that requires high school education.. stop acting like you’re better than me”

  5. If it’s the same one I’m thinking of I was there once with Pretty Kitty and asked if “wearing this shit would help me finally land a husband.”
