Rush Limbaugh went on the air today and told his listeners (who the fuck listens to this moron anyways???) NOT to donate any money to Haiti relief efforts. Apparently in the extreme right winger fantasy world having you whole city destroyed by a ‘quake and half your population missing and presumed dead is no big deal.
Apparently according to Rush, they already get enough money from N.A. and Obama is just pandering to the “coloured vote” (his words, not mine).
If I ever see Limbaugh in an airport washroom, I think I will probably drown his ignorant ass in the urinal. Who could fault me??

And somehow Canada believes sending more troops to Haiti is going to help the homeless, dead and injured.
NGF, what other organization in Canada is equipped and can respond and handle a situation like that. They (with other militaries) are able to set up medical vacilities, assist in clean up rebuilding, security, etc. Unless you actually believe we are invading and start blowing the crap out of the place and the earthquake beat them to it.
Beside the red cross and sally anne – the military is well equipped to set up and start helping the fastest.
Those organizations are great but it’s the military that can mobilize in very little time and they have proven time and time again, especially now that they have equipment once more.

A sailor from H.M.C.S.Fredericton o a combat engineer out of Gagetown with a shovel and chainsaw is going to do more real good than all of Hollywood’s self promoting CO – 2 emissions combined.
