Notice the qualifier,”former”. Alwsys listen to people who were formerly in positions… they “know”.
Maybe the OB meant to say he was a pilot but now he is a “pile-it” … as in I’m full of shite and I can “pile it” high.
He must know this from his abundance of crashes. Sounds like a shitty pilot.
I bet he believes a gas pump will blow up if you use a cell phone while getting gas.

Well, as a former airline passenger, I believe the pilot dropped his smoke. When he bent down to pick it up he pushed down on the stick, crashing the plane.

experts lol…for the OB…fuel tanks are self sealing, its been an industry standard for decades. only IF the fuel tanks are catastrophically ruptured is there the risk of fuel fire flash up. the plane belly landed and maintained its structure, the self preservation safety devices worked….keep grasping at straws OB
