Thank you again to the pretty lady who picked up my library CD off the ground and gave it back to me on the bus. After waiting for more than an hour in the storm for a bus, only to fall flat on my face while running after it when it finally came, you were definitely my silver lining. —Clumsy Commuter

A heart-warming story indeed, but why does the bus display “To Hell” in the destination window? Was Willard at the wheel?
Really OB, if she was as ugly as a stump would you be writing this? As well, if you were waiting an hour for the bus, why did you end up running for it? Your credibility is slipping OB.
yeah crisp, that is kind of odd. if op was running for the bus and dropped the cd, then how could ‘pretty lady’ give it to him on the bus? unless when it dropped it bounced and flew through the open bus door to where pretty lady was already sitting.
because if she was able to pick up a dropped cd, she must have been behind him, and probably didn’t make it onto the same bus. perhaps she was behind him but ran faster and passed him, then leapt onto the bus? meanwhile clutching that dropped cd.
how did this happen? we need more details.
