[image-1] We’ve discovered a new German inspired coffee shop will be opening at 5599 Fenwick. Ray’s Haus European Café and Bistro will open its doors sometime within the next two weeks. Owners Evan MacEachern and Ray Sharpe decided to open because, “You can’t get a good cup of coffee in Halifax,” says MacEachern. With that in mind, you should expect nothing less than the most delicious coffee. It boasts a cozy, home-like atmosphere, with warm colours and soft music.
