Elderflower Sour

Ingredients 1 ½ oz Citadel Gin ¼ oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)  ¼ Lillet Blanc  1 oz fresh lemon juice  1 egg white Method Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake vigourously without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Drink it all up.
