Halifax’s Turbine to entice celebrities at Cannes

This Thursday she’s taking some choice items from her boutique in Halifax, Turbine (1475 Lower Water Street), to lovely Cannes, for that little film fest they have there. The three featured items (the Upside-Down Dress, a reversible leather hobo bag, and the Day to Night #27 red mineral lipstick duo) are all being packaged together as a Cannes survival kit.
