Known as downtown destination of Middle Eastern delights, SnauBar (1535 Dresden Row, 406-8555) is now offering a broader Asian menu. New executive chef Tian Xue has partnered with SnauBar owner Teddy Zaghloul to create a selection unique new menu items, including “sizzling, fresh stirfries made with succulent chicken, flawlessly seasoned beef and crisp vegetables.” You’ll also now find eggrolls made with fresh ground beef and tofu soup to go along with the shawarma and other specialties already drawing the salivating punters. The Asian fusion menu has been added to the lunch menu and will soon be available at dinner. Call SnauBar to make a reservation or visit their website at snaubar.com.
