Old cranky dude living in Fairview gets reelected to council every four years, just to demonstrate the poor state of political education in Fairview, apparently.
Except for the Solar City issue, Russell Walker votes the wrong way on everything, although he managed to absent himself from the Skye vote, which just so happens to involve the largest developer in his district.
Normal councillors explain their positions with rational arguments. Walker states his position, and says anyone who disagrees with him is prima facia an idiot.
