Peter Kelly, who might or might not run for council, might or might not run for mayor, might or might not retire, but who definitely won’t give a straight answer to a straight question.

Mayor Peter Kelly tells CBC he still hasn’t made up his mind about whether he’s going to retire, run for mayor or run for council:

“The deadline is tomorrow, I can honestly say I have not made a final decision one way or the other.”

Decisive leadership!
