A north end icon has passed. After 37 years, the longtime convenience store Pat’s Grocery (5668 Cornwallis Street at Bauer) has closed. We will miss the rabbits.

Wow, I remember going there for smokes and chocolate bars before outings with the reserves (armories around the corner). Bought a few pairs of rabbits there too. 37 years, wow.
How sad.. though it lasted for 37 years, it is better if a business would last even for a century or even half of it, right? but still, whether we like it or not, it was closed already and we don’t have anything to do with that but to talk of the good memories with that Shop.
Now, my problem is… where can i buy good wellness packages? I’m pretty selective of Malls and markets where i buy foods.
