Tucked away beneath Lily’s Lingerie (5411 Spring Garden Road), a new cafe is born. Ottoman Cafe is set to open next week, and owner Can Hicyilmaz says he’ll serve shisha, Turkish coffee and tea and other delights. The cafe has been a few months in the works, and Hicyilmaz says he’s just waiting on countertops and sinks to be delivered. Night owls, take note: Ottoman Cafe promises to be open until 2am every night of the week. “We want people to sit until 2am and drink their coffee and relax. Starbucks closes at midnight so I wanted to have a late-night coffee shop.”
