Otis & Clementine Books and Coffee (5209 St Margaret’s Bay Road, 826-1823) is a coffee shop and a bookstore combo in Tantallon, formerly Books Galore. The new venture, launched by Ellen Helmke, carries all kinds of new and used books, with a focus on kids and young adult books and plenty of non-fiction, scifi, mystery and romance, too. As the sign indicates, coffee and tea also available—from Just Us!—as well as snacks. The hours are Mon-Wed 10am-5pm, Thurs 10am-8pm, Fri-Sat 10am-5pm and Sundays 11am-4pm.
