The hair salon over Moda Urban Dining, called Nuance Hair Studio (1518 Dresden Row, 429-1576) opened at the beginning of October and had its grand opening last weekend. It offers the skills of five stylists, including owners Cody Fryday and Kim Ward. “We do a whole range of styles,” explains Fryday. “We specialize in everything!”
