  1. Core is the BEST in HRM! Laurissa is an amazing personal trainer and now with Craig Guthrie on board, you have the perfect balance! Plus, the building is a beauitful heritage spot, big and bright, and the real ryder bikes have the best view in town! No need for tv’s in this studio! Just good music, good people and lotsa sweating!
