Up at Little Europe (5543 Young Street, 407-7700) you can find daily specialties, different ones inspired by dishes from all over continental Europe. They include fish and pasta features, Greek moussaka, Dutch crepes and veal a la Provence. But starting this week there’ll be an all week special, too, all prepared by chef and manager Garwin Waterman.
