Well since it is on SGR, there aren’t any coffee shops or places to eat there so they had better make sure they incorporate those… It is a library in a busy, bustling part of Halifax, have it there for what is needed (books, info, computer access, etc) and if someone wants a coffee they can patronize the nearby shops. That would stimulate the economy better IMO.
Brilliant superb excellence in design exceeding all expectations of every Haligonian attracted to and brought together by social, cultural, artistic & educational experiences thorough vibrant exciting programs symbiotic with basic through to civilized human needs, desires, and fantasies.
At least that as a minimum benchmark.
