I almost died when I saw Kate perusing the racks of American Apparel. Y’all KNOW I’ve been going through this weird afro obsession lately. Anyway, a student in Toronto (home in Hali for the summah), 20 year-old Kate likes to shop at Value Village and Elsie’s. She also has the luxury of raiding her parents’ attic. They have kept items of clothing through the years and they give Kate full reign and use of whatever she likes. AWESOME. Kate likes to splurge on any type of cropped top or high waisted pant. Which, seeing as how both of these things are all over da place, must make things pretty tough for Kate’s wallet!
