In last week’s feature, “Saving Brindi,” Francesca Rogier seems to see herself as some kind of martyr for animal rights, but really she is just, plain and simple, an irresponsible pet owner. Near the end of the article, she asks “what hope do I have of accomplishing anything if I can’t save a dog?” Instead, she might ask what hope she has of accomplishing anything if she can’t put a muzzle on a violent dog, or can’t succeed in keeping her dog on a leash.
