We can’t say it any better than Picnicface, who posted the following message on Facebook about Jokers Comedy Club (5680 Spring Garden Road).
“Our Local Club, Joker’s has closed for good.
“If you live in Halifax and have friends who go to our show but DON’T subscribe to Facebook PLEASE let them know that if they go to Joker’s on Sunday we will not be there. They will instead be greeted by an empty alley and a small Japanese man telling them Joker’s never existed in the first place. Thanks again to our fans and to Joker’s Comedy Club. You will be missed :(“
