At the corner of Agricola and West is a new source for brand-name products at discount prices. Funtastic Liquidation (2411 Agricola, 252-3844) has both men’s and women’s designer clothing, fresh off the boat from New York locations of Sears and Bloomingdales, at low, low prices. (We’re talking $4 t-shirts here.) Typically 60 to 80 percent off the original retail price, you’ll also find items for your home as well, from candles to appliances. We noted an enormous steel barbeque that would probably roast an entire pig, originally going for $600, and a new microwave once going for $150. Both available at Funtastic for less than a third of those costs.
