Cruel and unusual punishment to not warn us about having to listen to The Voice, the horrible music, and Anna-Maria Tremonti before getting to the interview. Warn us next time.
Is that what that shit intro is? I’ve recently started ipoding the news while walking the dogs in the morning and noticed it was a recurring thing, a recurring thing that I would prefer to do without. Anna-Maria Tremonti is bad but not as bad as Carol Off and her fucked up puns during the evening show, whatever it’s called. Barf.
I like how there is no new information available, so all followup stories in other press and news/television is just a regurgitation of what we already know. Go free press!
They really neutered the Voice a few years ago, when they changed the theme song subtly. Maybe a new writer or something. Less controversial, and more cringe-inducingly tame and politically correct. But the first year or so of The Current, with the original sorta-techno intro music and original, sometimes-offensive Voice joke, was pretty cool.
