Now open down near the waterfront is The Dancing Beaver Gallery (5110 Prince Street, 406-3332), just across from the Maritime Museum. Its mandate is to offer the work of Nova Scotian artists and artisans, including leather crafts, jewellery, knitting, pottery, stained glass, glass work, sculpture, watercolour and acrylic paintings, with, at the moment, 29 local creators showing their work.
