Guy (pronounced “Gee” en français) bought this lightweight corduroy blazer from Simpson’s in 1959, where The Bay now stands. He would rather wear “a good Harris tweed jacket” —his staple—but it’s too hot in the summer. Guy accessorizes this blazer with gold pins from his time in the navy and a McGill tie. His favourite place to shop in Halifax is the Salvation Army: “I found a Burberry shirt there for $7 the other day!”
