Equity stakes through Economic and Rural Development:

Composites Atlantic: $4 million in preferred shares; ERDT has an observer on its board of directors

DSTN Trenton: $19.6 million in common shares; ERDT has a director on its board of directors

ACF Equity: $3.07 million in common shares; ERDT has no representation, however we own 13% of shares      
  

 
Harbourside Commercial Properties in Sydney: $9.7  in preferred shares; as this company is owned by the province, all directors are provincial employees

Seaside Communications: $4 million in preferred shares; no representation

Nova Scotia Co-op: $1 million in preferred shares; no representation
