The international Flash Park movement has arrived in Halifax.
The flash park was set up by the folks working at Genivar, the engineering firm that designed the aborted streetscape renos planned for both Spring Garden and Quinpool Roads. Pictured above are, left to right, Scott Fash, Kourdash Rad and Greg Zwicker, all engineers at the firm.
