Vegetables weren’t the only thing that was fresh on opening day of the new Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market. Fiona’s white and gold-patterned summer dress, a find from Value Village which she “chopped” herself, and the flower perched prettily in her hair, made her stand out in the huge crowds.
