Previous to bread delivery, Ross studied bread-making in Germany—the sourdough will be the German style—and lived on a farm. She’s sold her bread on a stand she set up on Agricola on Wednesdays in the summer. Ross makes all the bread herself, renting a local bakery when it’s empty and delivering the bread on her bicycle around the peninsula.
