Formerly known as Doraku Japanese Cuisine , the popular Dresden Row Japanese restaurant is now to be known as Suzuki Restaurant (1579 Dresden Row, 425-8888) The name was changed to limit confusion with Spring Garden Place’s similarly named Japanese eatery Ko-Doraku—it had made for customer confusion for pick-up orders. Suzuki was chosen as a Japanese name familiar to western ears and also because it’s the name of the family who runs the restaurant. Otherwise, all remains the same.
