Mike Crossman at Monster Comics Lounge (2091 Gottingen Street, 429-1398) says the most recent edition of Robert Kirkman’s popular zombie serial—now also a TV series—The Walking Dead is particularly hot right now at his north end store. (And for those who are just getting into it because of the show, it’s already at Volume 13!) Also very popular recently was the mini graphic novel Henry and Glenn Forever, based on the web strip that imagines the love story between rock gods Henry Rollins and Glenn Danzig. Comic-wise, the newest twists in DCs Batman comics—our pointy-eared hero returning from the dead and incorporating his brand of vigilante justice internationally—has stirred up a lot of interest.
