In 2007, credit union organization the Desjardins Group estimated there are 20 billion Canadian pennies in circulation. That’s approximately $5.88 in pennies for each of us.
Renée Gruszecki‘s found an inspired way to use a few of that multitude of pennies. Each one of her Coin Coin Designs & Co. rings incorporates a Canadian penny mounted in a sterling silver setting, allowing the wearer to “keep their luck close at hand.” You can choose a rare coin from the Lucky Penny Line or select a penny from a specific year important to you.
