The multiple Best of Food-winning liquor store Bishop’s Cellar (Bishop’s Landing, 1477 Lower Water Street, 490-2675) has launched a brand new website with a particularly unusual and exciting feature. You can now order wine and have it delivered, all through the store’s online presence.
Check it all out here. You can choose from 400 different local and international wines, by region of origin, grape variety, body, food-paring or price. Their database has a handy search tool. All orders are delivered within a couple of days via Canada Post. Of course, you’ll have to have ID as a proof of drinking age to present to your mail carrier.
And to help promote the new wine-to-your-door service, delivery will be free on all bottles until May 20.
