It was Atlantis, Chopin and the Crown Diner, and now it’s been reported that Ray Bear, former chef at Gio and at his own Barrington Street resto—the eponymously named Bear Restaurant at civic address 1241—will be opening a more casual eatery (than we’re used to from him) in June on Salter Street, where those three former places once served.
