For those of you who’ve been suffering through the sheets of rain and clouds of fog recently, here’s some good news: The Argyle Bar & Grill (1575 Argyle Street, 492-8844), the downtown bar and resto with a gorgeous rooftop patio, will be opening said patio Thursday May 19.

    The “chef” does not allow it.

    Have they cleaned up the miserable frat house bathrooms up there yet?
