Monsoon Cafe brings exotic flavours in food and coffee

A couple weeks back The Feed reported about all the delicious options in Clayton Park, but we neglected to mention Monsoon Cafe (480 Parkland Drive, 431-7161), specializing in East Indian fusion cuisine. The cafe has a breakfast menu---including the Monsoon omelette with malabar spuds and the omelette paratha wrap and a selection of coffees, espressos, lattes and chai tea, as well as a variety of pastries, cakes, muffins, breads, cookies and squares all made in house---and a lunch menu after 11am, featuring mulligatawny soup, dal palak and rice, chicken biriyani, malay chicken curry and more. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm.
