I heard that the shipbuilding contract was delayed until Russell Crowe had finished Noah, his maritime experience was much sought after, he was a consultant on Bluenose 27 and categorically denies that the rudder issues can be linked to him.
But, we do have a world class library, I can’t wait for it to open, it looks spectacular. We need more buildings like this.

The CBC were given a tour and they showed the view from the 5th floor, which will become a cafe, so it will soon turn into a Starbucks in the sky. The view was incredible. I hope they have good security to keep the untermensch out and the bums from hanging around asking for change.
