Bro Tim, even if they are “lying” to us, as you suggest, does that mean we should not be conscious about a) the waste we produce, b) the oil and the fact that it is a finite resource, c) amount of emissions/pollution we produce, and d) take care of the environment for our next generations? It’s the reckless disregard for our resources and the environment by governments and corporations (corps have moved to developing countries to skirt the environmental cost of their own wanton destruction of resources/environment and left taxpayers the bill for cleanup, and government let it happen), and only an idiot, not unlike yourself, would boast and thump their chest about being lied to. Please do us all a big favour and fade gracefully into the abyss of old, outdated stupidity.
Furious, no one wastes more than so-called environmentalists. How many homes, cars, planes do some of these people own. How many kilometers do they fly going all over the place to preach about their “concern”. They are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites.
