The driver of the last #72 out of Burnside on weather bomb day did a fantastic job of both driving in nasty conditions AND informing passengers that it would be the last run, asking where they were headed and generally informing and reassuring them about getting home. I know a lot of people were probably inconvenienced by H^lif^x Tr^nsit’s decision to suspend service at 4pm. But this young man was a consummate professional and exemplar of service under trying conditions. Much appreciated. —C
